Saturday, the neighbor girls hid eggs for Kate to find at the park. Kate had a great time. Saturday night we had the neighbors over for games! We had 6 children and 4 adults. We had two tables set up plus the computer where Westen and the boys played Hero’s. We had fun playing Stack, Jenga, and Rat a Tat Cat( Scott’s favorite game.)

Sunday night we ended up combining our planned dinners with the neighbors and ate all together.

Here's a picture of our flowers blooming in our garden.

Marathon

This year we are both planning to run a marathon but on our own this time. Last year we ran the Portland Marathon together, It's nice to run together but the logistics are more difficult. Thanks again to Neal for taking Scott and Kate during our run :)

October 7, 2007 - Westen - Portland Marathon [Register]
October 21, 2007 - Avi - San Francisco Marathon [Register]

(to be in the Hood to Coast Relay you have to join an existing team, as I understand it's common for teams to become desperate for runners as the date of the run approaches, so more on this run later)
